Secondly, the business will have peace of mind that any strategic discussions is strictly confidential. Therefore, any release of such information will need court of law permission and is not held under the the freedom of information act.

“All of Kia Kaha Consultancy Compassion Focused Staff Support engagements require a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) This serves two purposes, firstly CFSS offers advise and strategic thinking that is strictly between KKC and the Business, where sensitive information can be captured within groups. All of our CFSS consultants are under contract with KKC and abide by strict rules of confidentiality. Secondly, the Business will have peace of mind that any strategic discussions or confidential information is strictly confidential. The crux of this services is offering a 'safe space' for staff of all levels with a forum to discuss work at work. At no point are names of any individual is mentioned in any theme development. Themes are developed with our CFSS model in mind only.
