Champion Development

Compassion Focused Staff Support Champions are staff within the organisation who have had 5 days training in the CFSS model. Champions are offered supervision, 121 support and personal practice sessions to support the development of skills and confidence to facilitate groups independently.

Champions are then equipped with the necessary skills to facilitated and train other members in the organisation to develop the CFSS programme. This becomes part of the sustainability program that is necessary to create a culture shift within the business.

Ambassador Development

Compassion Focused Staff Support Ambassadors are also staff within the organisation, who are recruited to carry the culture of CFSS. Ambassadors are offered basic training in the model, to work alongside the champions, supporting a sustainable CFSS programme through all sectors of the organisation.

Leadership Endorsement

Compassion Focused Staff Support must have the endorsement of senior staff within the business to enable success. This type of intervention empowers all members within the organisation to understand the fundamentals of the brain and the developments of our psychological inner self.
