Dr Kate Lucre is the founder of Compassion Focused Group Psychotherapy for people who would attract a diagnosis of personality disorder. Dr Kate Lucre has also developed Compassion Focused Staff Support and offers this model to staff in various settings in the UK and Internationally and is involved in a number of UK-wide research projects, evaluating this model.

Dion Lucre is a skilled Business Solution practitioner, who brings a wealth of experience from many industries and technologies from the roles he has held over the pass 30 years. Dion Lucre started Hospitality Capacity Planning in 2014 whilst completing an MSc in Development Economics. This venture investigated the fundamental problem of bottle necks in business. This was an obsession of Dion Lucre's from studying Quality Management that formed the 1st - 2nd and 3rd order of Control.
