Kia Kaha Consultancy use highly skilled Psychological Professionals to create, customised design, support and sustainable Compassion Focused Staff Support. CFSS can be offered Company-Wide, to support change processes within the organisation. This service can also be offered to support employees managing high stress due to the nature of their work.
Our service offers a 'Safe Space' for people to deal with the rigour of a modern 'Advanced Capitalised Society'! Our Associates have many years experience in managing the 'Vicarious' challenges within the workplace and hold 'Groups' in mind to solve this fundamental truth of work in practice. Confidentiality is paramount to our work. Themes from the CFSS sessions are captured and combined with animated and digital materials to encourage ongoing learning and compassionate practice.
